Subject to these terms, M24 Media Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Perfumers Vault 2 on your devices for personal or internal business use.

You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. You must not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Perfumers Vault 2 offers weekly and monthly subscription plans that provide access to premium features and content. By subscribing to any of our subscription services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly) unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Billing: Your payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal period. The subscription fee will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.
• No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at your next renewal.

You can cancel your Perfumers Vault 2 subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account. Follow these steps:

On iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the Settings app on your device
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find and tap Perfumers Vault 2
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
6. Confirm your cancellation

On Mac:

1. Open the App Store app
2. Click your name or the sign-in button at the bottom of the sidebar
3. Click View Information at the top of the page
4. Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage
5. Find Perfumers Vault 2 and click Edit
6. Click Cancel Subscription

Important: Remember to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Important Notice: All refund requests for Perfumers Vault 2 subscriptions and purchases made through the Apple App Store are managed exclusively by Apple, not by M24 Media Ltd. We do not have access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds directly.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact Apple directly through one of the following methods:

• Online: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
• Apple Support App: Download the Apple Support app and request assistance
• Phone: Contact Apple Support directly through your region's support phone number

Apple's refund policy and eligibility criteria apply to all purchases made through the App Store. M24 Media Ltd cannot override Apple's refund decisions or provide refunds independently of Apple's system.

By downloading and using Perfumers Vault 2 from the Apple App Store, you also agree to comply with Apple's End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple's terms and conditions govern your download and use of the app through the App Store platform. All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by M24 Media Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
